Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV), Raipur session on meditation was held where senior YPV trainer Vishakha Karnani (Kolkata) conducted Super Brain Asana, Forgiveness Sadhana and Planetary Peace Meditation (PPM) at Vrindavan Hall, Civil Lines on 26th September 2017.

She has been associated with YPV since 2007, has successfully introduced YPV courses and trained people for the same in middle and east India. She has treated many incurable and chronic diseases through her healing practices.

In the session, forgiveness sadhana is practiced mandatorily before meditation and was said that if we regularly Yoga Prana Vidyaforgive our family members and also people associated with our work fields, we will develop betterment in our health, harmonious relationship and also aspect of love in ourselves which leads to development of love aspect in ourselves.

Yoga Prana VidyaSuper-brain asana develops the left and right brain. It helps in increasing our efficiency and memory power. Just by practicing eight minute of forgiveness sadhana, five minutes of super brain asana and sixteen minutes of PPM we can bring positive changes in our physical, family, social and commercial aspects of life.

YPV Raipur organizes PPM at such large scale once every month. Such practices are also done on regular basis once a week in different areas in Raipur. YPV members can be contacted for this.
