Priyank Patel shared about his journey of starting Nukkad the teafe in town. From engineering to corporate world, the dissatisfaction that led him towards joining a fellowship program that introduced him to dark realities of rural areas, the experience that made him determined to work not just for making money but also for doing service to society, and eventually how he thought of employing deaf and mute as staff in his teafe, Priyank told it all. When he thought of starting Nukkad, not even his family had confidence that the idea may work. Initially the returns were quite low, and training of the staff was equally challenging. But Priyank went on with determination, taking one day at a time, learned from his mistakes and kept improvising. Today he is one of the most recognised entrepreneurs of town. Priyank shared in detail about how he is working towards skill development of his employees to help them explore better opportunities. He appealed the participants in the seminar to have faith in the abilities of the so-called disable and provide them employment through their ventures.

Today top steel industries rely on Steelmint for information regarding the steel sector. He insisted that one should go ahead with the idea one is passionate about, instead of trying something random under others influence. He added that there’s nothing called Saturation in a sector. The so- called saturation is only an opportunity to identify loopholes in the system, eliminate them and build something better.
