“When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”- justifying this quote to its truest sense is Aadesh Soni- an Anchor, Dance Trainer, Event Manager, English and Personality Development tutor, and above all, a hardworking lad!
Born and brought up in Raipur, Aadesh’s life wasn’t as easy as it is for many of us out there. Having started working at an early age of sixteen at a jewellery shop as an office-boy, his journey started with a hiccup as his family’s financial condition wasn’t well. But as they say- when there are dreams, there’s also a willingness to fulfil them. Aadesh’s dream to have a mobile phone was something worth a mention. He worked for 11 hours a day for 7 continuous days, and was finally able to purchase a mobile phone with his first salary.
Recalling his school days- Aadesh was a below average student who couldn’t even understand basic English words till his 11th standard. It was here when his interest towards dancing grew as he was insisted by his teachers to perform at the school annual function. That interest rose gradually as he kept on performing at various school and college events after that. He still hadn’t stopped dreaming as his next target was to buy a laptop. Working in a few more shops and offices as an office-boy, Aadesh soon bought a Laptop as well. Next step for him towards glory was working on his English speaking skills as it was not possible for him to succeed with such huge dreams without being verbally confident.
Taking steps to improve the speaking skills, he joined a call centre in Reliance as an attendant and later went on working for an international call centre which worked as an aid to his english. It was this phase when he used to work for 18-20 hours a day and even sleeping was a luxury for him. This period of struggle was something he can never forget. Meanwhile he was getting popular as a dance trainer in Raipur and was called by a lot of people to train them. Later, he got opportunities in KITE Engineering College as an english and Personality Development trainer, and went on training Brijmohan Agrawal’s team for an all round personality development for 11 months straight.
It was on 24th March, 2012, when his own company FIDUCIA was established in Samta Colony, Raipur. Later he went on opening 3 more branches, including one in Bhilai too. Where success was touching Aadesh’s feet, he had realised that money was not the thing which mattered to him anymore, fame and people’s happiness were. He puts Divya Mishra as the person in his life who has guided him the most when he was not sure about what to do with his life and reinforced in tough times. Aadesh quips that if one has set the target of just earning money then there may not be the success but if the passion is the priority then there may be delays but money will sure come one’s way. Words are always less to limit the amount of perseverance and hard-work Aadesh has put into his life, and what he is today is the result of all that effort.
