The knowledge and experience are usually considered to be the resultant of an extended time frame that consumes years of one’s life but when the ability to observe every aspect of life with a peculiar eagerness and sharp intellect then an individual emerges way ahead of time. Such an individual is
Vaibhav a native of Raipur, was born on 25th November 1991. He completed his school education from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mana Camp Raipur and Kalibaadi Higher Secondary School. Thereafter he went on to complete his graduation from Govt. Science College Raipur.
Vaibhav has been inclined towards literature and writing since his school days and keenly dedicated his high school days for writing plays on various social issues. This playwright flair led him to Indian People’s Theatre Association (IPTA) after his graduation as he felt gravitated towards theater. Meanwhile he was recruited under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India in 2012 and still discharges his duties for numerous government projects.
Azadi Azadi was the very first play by Vaibhav which was performed at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya at Mana Camp, Raipur and Borai, Durg in 2013 under the flagship of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. This was just a beginning, as an array of his meticulous works kept coming to public cognisance one after the other which include the play Mahabharat in 2013, Bhatake Sipahi & Bina Darwaze Ka Kamra in 2014, Jhakanana Scooter in 2015. He has also theatrically painted the story Leela Nandlal Ki by the prolific literateur Bhishm Sahni.
His creative commitment is not only limited to being a sensational playwright and the youngest theater director in town but also writing poems which with every word make way to the core of the heart. Two of his poem collections have been published as of now, namely Kanch Ki Barish & Viyogini in the year 2016 and 2017 respectively.
He is also spearheading a campaign– Kavita Aur Hum for fostering poem recitation as he feels that reciting poem can be more communicative than presenting it with mere written words. His current indulgence is towards giving the digital platform to the extraordinary works of the legendary poets such as Amrita Pritam, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Chandrakant Devtale and Kunwar Narayan.
Vaibhav is exemplary to all those people who have the creative mind but constrain themselves within the confines of their own old school mentality which hinders their potential to find expression. Vaibhav not only wants to bring about social change through his work but also a constant progressive movement.
