Komal Shrivas, 19 years a young dynamic lad is the one who fits perfectly in this saying. The only girl from Chhattisgarh in shooting on the National level, she has now qualified and will be representing India in the International Shooting competition. She belongs to Rajnandgaon and has been interested in sports since childhood. She then joined NCC in school and started to play different games. There her sharpness in shooting was discovered and she started polishing it. Without any professional training in this field, she started to practice on her own. She then competed with 6 districts and represented Raipur in Inter group competition and won.
In 2016-17 State Championship she won gold in both senior and junior category. Then the biggest open championship of shooting, Dr. Karni Singh memorial at Jaipur she won gold.
