Tabish Czar – Inspirational Journey from a Maharashtra Village to 11 Years of Success with ‘Gravity Integrates’ and Beyond.”

Meet Tabish Czar,
Tabish Czar was born & brought up in a small village of Maharashtra. Her mother wanted her to study in English medium school and that’s why she had to travel daily to Burhanpur in Mp which was 24kms away from her village. She did her higher education from Indore and Mumbai. She is a women entrepreneur who completed 11 years in her venture with the name “Gravity Integrates.” She started the company after her marriage.

She was always the kind of person who was into jobs and had something inside her which reminds her to do something for the society and herself. After her first child, she started teaching and taking classes at Chanakya Academy as a freelancer. After that, she joined a consultancy firm for 3 years.

Post that she thought of doing something of her own. In 2009 she started her own venture under the guidance of her mentor. She considers her mentor as her inspiration. So her mentor set up an office for her where she shared the office with some other women, so that they could share their rent and with least of investments she started her journey of Gravity Integrates.

Mrs. Czar believes in building relations with everyone around her and that is what helps her a lot. Luckily she got her first project immediately just after starting the venture. Initially, her company was a proprietorship company and in 2016 they made it a Pvt limited. From 2009 to 2016 she was taking care of the company alone and soon after that her husband started helping her.

The journey is still going on and now together they have started another venture “worldwide transcript”.She feels her mother and her daughter are her best friend, people call her that she is too mechanical as well, other than that she is also an emotional person. She is sensitive towards the environment and she finds happiness in small things.
The moment she says is the best and wow for her was when her son first called her mom.

She finds herself doing some fitness activities in her spare time and she is also a Squash player.
