Q: Your thoughts on hotels that are going to reopen after a long break?

Well, we couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve been waiting to welcome our guests back, and see how many orders we got for home, delivery, and inquiries about when we are re-opening, we know that our guests have been missing us

Q: Due to the threat of Coronavirus, what measures have you thought to regain the trust of the customers?

Our guests have always trusted us and loved the CARE our teams extend and have been patronizing our hotels with the trust in us delivering experiences in a clean and hygienic environment.

Hyatt has announced a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment to further enhance its operational guidance and resources around colleague and guest safety and peace of mind. The multi-layered commitment builds on Hyatt’s existing rigorous protocols and will include an accreditation process by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (OBAC) at all hotels around the world, colleague training and support resources, and a cross-functional working group of medical experts and industry professionals that will contribute to various aspects of the hotel experience.

To welcome guests back to our world of care and experiences, Hyatt Raipur has announced a special Staycation Offer.

The offer is an invitation to guests to experience their world with new eyes. The offer includes: a complimentary guest room and meals for two children for children (12 years of age or under), 20% off on dining 50% off on an upgrade to a suite, daily breakfast, one meal per day of the guest’s choice-either lunch or dinner, Special Welcome Drink on arrival served in the room, complimentary late check-out till 1600hrs

As part of Hyatt Global Core Cleanliness Commitment have a trained Hygiene Officer who will be responsible for adhering to new operation guidance and protocols told by the local authority and Hyatt some of which include colleague certification. training and recertification process for hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grad disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces, guestrooms, and shared spaces.
  • Implementation of enhanced food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants, room service, and group meetings and events. *Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances.
  • Exploring purification and sanitation device installation to ensure enhanced air quality.
  • Protective masks and social distancing across the hotel.

Q: Are you supporting the efforts of the Government in all locations you are present in and how?

We are in this together and are more than eager to support our government on the initiatives taken in Hyatt Raipur, at the entrance, the quest will be directed towards the contactless hand sanitizer followed by an Oximet check before proceeding further Luggage will be sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants. A sanitized pan will be to the guests touted the lobby floors have demarcation lines to maintain distance while queuing up for check-in or check- The reception desk has been equipped with snare guards’ frames to reduce direct contact.

According to the government mandate, guests will be encouraged to show their latest updated Aarogya Setu assessment. The seating arrangements in the lobby have also been reworked to meet the social distancing guide. Contactless Hand Sanitizer stations have been installed across the hotel including all guest floors. We have reimagined the layout at our dining outlets, keeping in mind government protocols of maintaining foot distance between dinners.
