The two-day Chhattisgarh Cancer Conference was inaugurated at Balco Medical Center, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Eminent cancer doctors, researchers, and medical personnel attended the conference.
At this conference, information was delivered regarding providing the best treatment to cancer patients with the help of state-of-the-art techniques. In the session organized on the first day of the conference on the 17th of June, many new technologies and working methods were introduced through various activities. At the conference, breast cancer surgery was performed there directly by experts.
Simultaneously selection of patients for surgery under breast cancer management, Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and targeted therapy was introduced. On the second day of the event, i.e., June 18, experts at the national and international levels provided information related to cancer diagnosis to the participants through the presentation.
Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal also joined the conference through a virtual medium. Dr. Mou Rai, Surgical and Clinical Director, BMC, during the conference, highlighted the importance of the direct performance of breast cancer surgery.
