Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur, organized a 5-day ‘Management Development Programme (MDP)’ on Academic Leadership for the National Institute of Electronics Information Technology (NIELIT), a well-known autonomous institute that falls beneath the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.
Management Development Program was launched with the purpose to equip senior executives of the institute, with management techniques and general management orientation, to facilitate them with leadership skills in the field of education & achieve the global academic standard for our Country’s progress. Directors, Joint Directors, Scientists & State Head from all Indian States, also representatives from the Delhi Head Office were present at the event. Senior Executives of NIELIT & Programme directors attended the inauguration ceremony on 11th June. Some
aspects were delivered to the participants in the program. The session wrapped various essential topics such as digital transformation, strategic skills, emotional intelligence, workplace stress management, team building, communication strategies, and recruitment processes. This Management Development Program is effective for the personal & professional development of the participants.
With the mission to enhance management excellence in our Country through this program, senior executives of NIELIT were taught several important aspects of management. IIM has put its effort to contribute to the Nation building ideologies and hence supported NIELIT senior executives.
