Free Bal Sanskar Yoga Camp by India Institute of Yoga

Indian Institute of Yoga organized a 5-day free Bal Sanskar Yoga Camp at Raipur. The event took place at the Jagannath Temple and ended on the 15th of May, with a collective resolution to adopt yoga for life and make it a part of daily routine.

Indian Institute of Yoga organized a 5-day free Bal Sanskar Yoga Camp at Raipur. The event took place at the Jagannath Temple and ended on the 15th of May, with a collective resolution to adopt yoga for life and make it a part of daily routine. Undoubtedly, yoga improves the overall health of the body, mind, and soul.

In this yoga camp, proper training was provided on different themes every day. Along with this, many other competitions were also organized here. The Indian Institute of Yoga usually organizes yoga programs from time to time in different places for people to adopt yoga in life. So that people remain healthy and they stay away from diseases. 

In this camp, along with the kids, parents also took a pledge to do yoga continuously. Overall the camp was successful, proper sessions were there on healthy habits, daily life routine, moral & social responsibilities were done.

On the last day of the program, parents appreciated the impact the camp had on their children. Mukesh Soni, District Head of the Indian Institute of Yoga said that such an event helps in the preservation of Indian culture, awareness in the society, and awareness in health, through which people get a lot of benefits.
