Raghwendra Sahu @sahuraghwendra is the senior reporter of News 18(Madhya Pradesh,Chhattisgarh) from last 6 years.
He is active into the field of journalism from last 16 years.
Previously, he has served as a reporter for many of the reputed news channels such as IBC24, Zee 24 hours. He also is a reporter in the E TV(Raipur,Durg) from last 9 years. Previously, he has worked into the print media like Dainik Bhaskar and Navbharat Bilaspur, and has served for a long tenure of 5 years as a city reporter in Korba city.
Raghwendra Sahu was born in village Tenganmada in Bilaspur Dist, and grew up with his family. He did his higher studies from Guru Ghasidas University of Bilaspur and excelled into the master of Mass communication(2007-2009).
Having his roots from the small village, being a journalist ,helps him work for the upliftment of the deprived class of society.
He is fond of good music and reading books. He has the utmost love for environment.
Raghvendra believes that, “the area of journalism is full of tough challenges, undoubtedly there is a lot of glamour associated but there is a lot more hard work required”. And unless we feel the utmost responsibility towards the society, we would not be able to succeed as a good journalist.
