She’s the director at N H Goel Finishing School, Raipur. Mrs. Goel has a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Rungta College of Dental Science & Research, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. She is on the Board of Directors in N.H. Goel World School & Rungta Public School.
After she finished her studies, Pallavi went for a three-month course at a finishing school. After the completion of the course, she wasn’t quite satisfied as she had expected. Coming from a family with an educational background, she had always dreamt of giving something back to society. After her marriage to the Goel family, later she realized that girls of Central India had immense talent & caliber but required enhancement in their confidence level. So, she came up with the concept of N H Goel Finishing School.
She herself has been a part of a finishing and grooming course and wanted to share the same enriching experience with others to make them Learn, Groom, and Empower. Her aim is to contribute to the transformation process & refine the lives of every young girl, who is willing to be guided into the very best version of herself.
Pallavi believes in the Japanese concept of Ikigai. It means “a reason for being”. The word refers to having a direction or purpose in life, that which makes one’s life worthwhile, and towards which an individual takes spontaneous and willing actions giving them satisfaction and a sense of meaning to life.
Empowering young girls and seeing them transform into much more confident young women who are ready to conquer the world and battle any challenges that life throws at them is the Ikigai of Pallavi’s life. The more women she’ll be able to help, the more happiness it’ll give her.
