Meet a culinary wizard, Mrs. Prabha Shrishrimal.
Mrs. Prabha Shrishrimal, born in Ahmedabad and has mastered the art of pleasing the heart. She has mastered almost all the cuisine and she is a pro at baking. She says she learnt this art of winning the hearts of people from her mother and grandmother, in her eyes they are the best cooks she has ever seen.

Mrs Shrishrimal believes that the part of her success in the art of food is because of her innate talent she possesses while working with food. She took her first ever class on mocktails 25 years back and here is how her journey took a step forward to her art.

She learnt this heart winning art of cooking during the era of no internet & with no formal training she used to rely on the teachings of her mother and grandmother and by experimenting with the dishes she used to come up with new recipes. .
She was awarded with a gold medal at a competition held in Mumbai for the Home bakers, where she presented 4 desserts in front of judges. She is also the author of a cookbook on ‘Jain cuisine’ and is now planning and working towards her second book which would deal with the art of healthy eating and living.

People around her have seen her grow from the nervous lady in classes to the lady who commands the class of 100.
