‘Sankalp Sanskritik Samiti (Nasha Mukti Kendra)’, a Raipur-based NGO working for needy people in various ways. As the name suggests, it mainly focuses on the ‘Nasha Mukti’ campaign and aware addicted people of the hazardous effect of toxication.

Recently on the occasion of International Yoga Day, under the direction of Manisha Sharma, Director of Sankalp Sanskritik Samiti, Sankalp is providing drug treatment at Nasha Mukti Kendra. Yoga teacher Mukesh Verma taught the patients to do special yoga apart from the daily yoga class to cure their addiction.
To keep the mind calm and the body healthy, yoga asanas like Shashank Asana, Bhujang Asana, Shirshasana, Vakasana Shalabhasana, Makarasan, Padmasana, Pranayama and their benefits were explained. It was explained to the patients that if they keep doing yoga regularly, it will automatically help them to get away from addiction and they will automatically cure many diseases of their body, Yoga teacher Mukesh Verma told the patients He also administered an oath to do yoga regularly.
