Chhattisgarh Won The All India Forest Sports Competition in Panchkula

Chhattisgarh achieved a remarkable 12th victory at the 26th All India Forest Sports Competition in Panchkula, Haryana. Forest and Climate Change Minister, Mr. Mohammad Akbar, celebrated the state’s success, with Chhattisgarh players securing an impressive total of 129 medals, outperforming their closest rival, Karnataka.

Forest Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar lauded the Forest Department’s exceptional performance, which earned the department national awards for its operational excellence.

The competition encompassed a wide array of sports, and Chhattisgarh stood out in disciplines like cricket, football, and basketball. The state clinched a total of 129 medals, maintaining its top position with an impressive 509 points. This achievement is attributed to the guidance of key officials and the unwavering dedication of the players.
