The Khwab Welfare Foundation is a group of college students who have come together to make a positive change in society. The organization was established in Bilaspur in 2018 and has been working towards improving the environment and education of the community. The foundation has also been actively involved in poverty alleviation and cleanliness drives.
On February 26th, 2023, the Khwab Welfare Foundation is organizing a “Cleaning Kori Dam 2023” campaign at Kori Dam in Kota. The campaign aims to raise public awareness about the importance of cleanliness and plastic-free living. Over 700 volunteers, including the organization’s president and vice president, along with five other officials and 100 members, will be participating in the drive.
The Khwab Welfare Foundation has been actively involved in various social initiatives over the last three years. The organization has been working with eight government schools, striving to provide a better education for children. They have also been conducting cleanliness drives at various tourist places in Chhattisgarh, such as Chandpi reservoir, Aurapani, Tirathgarh, and Ranisagar.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Khwab Welfare Foundation was the first social organization in Bilaspur to provide food and support to the poor and needy. They also helped students who were facing difficulties in paying their fees. The organization provided financial support to these students, ensuring that their studies were not affected.
