Chhattisgarh, the 10th largest state in India, is a hidden gem that boasts historical buildings, wildlife, beautiful waterfalls, and famous temples. There is also Bhoramdev Sanctuary nearby, where you can spot wild animals. A grand fair is held in this temple on the occasion of Chaitra Ram Navami.

Mainpat, famous as the Shimla of Chhattisgarh, is located in the Surguja district. It is famous as a social, cultural, and religious tourist destination. Bauxite minerals are found in the Mainpat area, which is the coldest place in Chhattisgarh. The Laxman Temple located at Sirpur in the Mahasamund district is a symbol of the unshakable love of a queen for 1500 years. It is also known as the old Taj Mahal. This temple made of red bricks is considered a witness to the silent love of a woman. This Nagara-style temple was built during the reign of Mahashivagupta Balarjuna in 735-40 AD in memory of Queen Vasata Devi, King Harshagupta. This tourist place has made its own identity in the country as well as abroad.

Gangrel Dam (Mini Goa) situated on Mahanadi in Dhamtari is the biggest dam in Chhattisgarh. The administration has developed it on the lines of Mini Goa, making it famous for water sports like jet skiing, water surfing, water skiing, scuba diving, sailing, parasailing, and kite surfing. This religious place, known as Mini Goa, is at a distance of 80 kilometres from the capital Raipur. After the arrival of the monsoon, it becomes the centre of attraction.
