Born and brought up in Ambikapur, Faisal is the founder of EduCareer. He completed his engineering from Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raipur in the year 2016. He then worked with a startup called “Aasha didi” for a while before becoming the Manager in ICICI prudential life insurance. When he was working there, he realised the lack of education and awareness in people here.

Since then, he started looking for a job in the education field and soon started working with TISS in a project named National University Students Skills Development Program. A program which focuses on overall development of underprivileged students of government colleges for free.

For the past one and half years, he has started his own organisation called Educareer in which he collaborates with schools, with the aim to help students learn soft skills, life skills, entrepreneurship, & Commercial subjects.

His main focus is on the overall development of the students. He currently has 60 students from school and 306 students from colleges.

In educareer they are aiming to change the current pattern of studying and help the state to grow education in Chhattisgarh.

Currently, they have an online platform because of COVID situation and they even have helpline numbers for students in case of emergency situations.

Faisal is a selfless man who believes, if you do good for others then good things will fall in line for you.

His family has been very supportive throughout his entire journey. He’s also a singer by passion and a state level cricket player. In his college days, he even played chess and carrom and hosted a few shows in the malls.

His Mantra in life is to have selfbelief & to do hard work in smart way.

Truly a man of wonder and inspiration!

We wish you a very happy birthday sir!
