I still remember my first post, it was a random pic that I uploaded. My influencer journey started six years back when I discovered that oh, my hobby is a new profession in Instagram. I was always fascinated by photography and clicked many pics, my system hard disks were always full of pics clicked by me. Soon I thought, it can be uploaded on Instagram. This is how it begins. And gradually I got my first collab, a brand asked me if I could be in a frame with their outfits. Now, it has become a profession for me.”

While chatting with Ashita Agrawal, we asked her what she likes most about her profession, she answered by saying, “I love to dress up, I enjoy the process while creating content, and I love to be in front of a camera. The best part is creating a community around me, which is family for me now. Their comments and their presence make me feel so happy, this is what keeps me going. Fashion blogging has changed my life, and it’s a big part of my life now. I am so grateful to have a huge family around me. Whenever I am low, they support me. They love me and I love them all. Can’t be here without them.”

Ashita Agrawal has come so long, now endorsing bigger brands like Vivel, Garnier India, Nykaa Beauty, L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, SUGAR Cosmetics, Colorbar Cosmetics, MANGO, Maybelline New York, Apple Store, CaratLane Jewellery, Amazon India, Indus Valley Organic Beauty, Spoyl, Vanity Wagon, Oriflame India, Oriflame India, Faces Canada, Indya, Lavie Bags & Shoes, Dot & Key Skincare, and many more on her insta handle. A girl who follows me creates a fan page of mine. All these events were unexpected for me. People gradually started recognizing me in public places, and I loved it.” She told Reincarnating Raipur that her family has supported her career choice. “I always share my work with my family, and they always cheer me up. My mom helps me by clicking pics and choosing outfits. I started from zero and she was always there for me.”

We asked Ashita, How does it feel to be here? She replies gently, “I never imagined that I’ll be here today and have huge followers on my insta handle. However it’s just the beginning, I have a long way ahead. I want to become a better version of myself. I accept all that life gives to me. I am grateful for everything. But I never wanted to stop at one place, I always want to upgrade myself. As an influencer, I have a bucket list of brands that I wanna work with. I never go with several views or followers, but I believe in creating a better impact among brands and audiences through work.

Undoubtedly, these achievements require a better level of understanding which Ashita has. We requested her to guide the upcoming influencers who want to opt for it as their career, she said, “Ya, that’s a good thing, following your passion and converting it as a profession is the best you can do in your life. But don’t be in a hurry! Everything happens at the right time. In this era of content creation, a lot of content is being created every then and now, but what most of them are lacking is quality content. Create entertaining content, but make sure it should be educational. That is what today’s youth needs to create and consume both. Never compete with others, create good content, and focus on yourself. Good luck.”
