Reincarnating Raipur
Born and brought up in Saraipali, Mr. Lokesh shifted to Raipur to complete his further studies. He graduated with a Diploma in Education and completed his post-graduation in Library Sciences. After completing his studies, when he started looking for jobs in his field of education, he was either wait-listed or rejected. So, in order to run his house and be reliant he started doing jobs outside his area and switched a few of them before finally getting into real estate.
He was never really interested in real estate or ever thought of working in the real estate business, what started as a compulsion is now his passion. He now owns JMR Buildcon and Developers, which has successfully completed many projects not just in Raipur but in many cities of Chhattisgarh. He also started with RCA Cricket Academy in Kabir Nagar which holds special summer classes.
When he’s not working, you can find him in the gym, he’s a big gym and health freak. In his free time as well, he likes being productive and attends many webinars and classes that help him grow and develop. Reading is one of his favorite pastimes. Throughout his entire journey, life wasn’t really fair to him, but he never gave up and had faith in himself and he conveys this message to everyone, “To never give up, and always believe in yourself. When times are tough, just hang in there; you’ll eventually find a way out.” We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
