Mr. Subhash Mahawar born in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, belongs to a family of freedom fighters. His father was a Tahsildar during the British Rule, who left his job for the From Freedom Fighter’s Legacy to Financial TriumphQuitIndiaMovement. After independence, they moved to Jabalpur where he was brought up. He completed his schooling and graduation in Jabalpur and is an alumnus of Jabalpur Engineering College.
Mr. Mahawar essentially wanted to join the ADGPI – Indian Army, but due to the unstable conditions of the family, he decided to join the Police force. His first posting was at Jabalpur and was then transferred to Indore, Bhopal and finally Raipur where in 2007, he quit the Police department owing to the corruption in the department. He started working for Oriental Insurance and soon went on to start his own company that he heads as a Chartered Financial Planner. He has a total of 9 general Insurance Companies, 9 Life Insurance companies and 46 Mutual Funds companies that he is tied up with. A journey that started with a salary of mere 426 rupees a month has now reached the landmark of 4.5 lacs a month and 3234 clients.
Mr. Mahawar has singing as his hobby and recently sang a song for Vidya Balan. He is a philanthropist & has been sponsoring children who are unable to afford education. He is often the first one to help if anyone around him is in need.
