Jahnvi Yadu, a teacher at Government Gokul Ram Verma Primary School, located in Ramnagar, Raipur, has started a new initiative. She reached school in a student’s uniform.
The children were very happy to see the teacher in the school uniform. Seeing the teacher in a new form, the children showed more enthusiasm for their studies. And due to this act, there is a lot of conversation about it on social media. Intending to give better education to the children and inculcate a sense of discipline in them, teacher Jahnvi Yadu started coming wearing school uniforms like a school kid. Due to this, such students who did not come to school in uniform also started coming to school wearing uniforms. To evaluate how much the children understand the subject matter being taught in the class, the teacher in school uniform sat among the children and assessed them. The children who were having difficulty in understanding, again helped them to learn by sitting among them.
Teacher Jahnvi Yadu says that teachers are the source of inspiration for school children. Discipline develops in children only after seeing the teachers. If the teachers follow the school rules properly, then the children also follow them. She told that to motivate the children for education, she started coming to school in a new get-up, so many interesting experiences were also there. Many times his co-workers could not recognize him, and many times even the children treated him like a child.
