Right now it is working on government projects like Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna and Deen Dayal Upaadyaaye Vikaas Yojana.
It provides skill-based training to the people below poverty. They look for people who are interested and in need of employment and teach them technical and soft skills like working with computers, communication, personality, etc.
It has trained over 1500 candidates in the last four years, and 75% of the candidates are successfully employed now, and he feels that it is his best achievement.
They are also working with the artisans in the rural areas of Chhattisgarh like in the Raigarh region the inner sections of Bastar, and understand the problems they face on the ground level.
Startup
He also started a start-up, along with his cousins, named Forerunner Assessment Pvt. Ltd. There they help the education institutes take online examinations. They’ll soon launch the mobile app for android as well as ios.
Sourabh always likes to do something for society and is an animal lover as well. He would like to do something for the welfare of the animals someday soon. Sourabh also does a lot of reading and hates watching television.
His core interest, in sports, is cricket and even today he is a sports enthusiast and goes to play cricket every morning. He says that you need to stay fit first and then work for money.
