CISF in Central Forces and Chhattisgarh Jail in State Forces, Got First Prize In March Past

Security force members marched at the primary Independence Day celebration held in Raipur, the nation’s capital. The officers and jawans of the security forces who performed exceptionally during the march past received awards from Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel.

    Sub-Inspector Shri Vijay Singh led the Central Industrial Security Force contingent, which took first place in the category of Central Armed Forces. In the march past, the Border Security Force contingent came in second. Sub-Inspector Shri Hemkaran Pareek served as the group’s leader. Odisha Police received the third place award for the march past that was led by Shri Vibhu Prasad, Principal Inspector.

The Chhattisgarh Jail Squad also won first place for march past in the State Armed Forces category. Mr. Rahul Gangrale, the assistant jail superintendent, served as its leader. The contingent of the Chhattisgarh Sashastra Mahila Bal, led by sub-inspector Uma Thakur, took second place. The municipal army contingent took third place in the march past under the direction of sub-inspector Shanti Lakra.  

    The NCC Senior Wing Girls contingent, commanded by Ms. Pranali Rangari, took first place among the NCC Junior contingents, while the NCC Senior Division Boys contingent, under the command of Mr. Chetan Pandey, took second place.
