Sushma started her fitness journey after her son was born in 2007, at the age of 33. She wanted to become thin again, and she did, and along with that, she thought of becoming a fitness trainer.
She participated in a fitness competition by Decathlon, in which her application got initially rejected because of her age. After giving written consent, she participated and won. She then cleared INFS exams and became a fitness coach and currently working as a premium fitness consultant with Fitter ( Pune based online fitness company)
Till now, she has trained 1600 people, from all around the world, offline and online. She treats medical cases like PCOS/D, diabetes, BP, even ovarian cancer patients, through only diet and exercise through the Fitter app.
Other than being a fitness consultant, she loves music and singing and also gardening. She says that her Mother-in-law helped and supported her the most in her journey.
She says that the three most important things in life are, positivity, faith, and consistency.
One should never lose faith and hope in their life.- Sushma Pachouri
