Durganshi Jal, recommends never to measure your passion with money.
Born in Orrisa and brought up in Raipur, Durganshi Jal was a freelance writer, but her journey started without any awareness that writers can get paid. Her journey begins in class 9th.
She used to show her work to her best friend, and then when she got to know about being a freelancer, she started writing for many magazines and websites.
She also started to do poetry on stage whenever she got the chance.
Durganshi used to participate in karvaan every year, and it taught her a lot. In 2018, she published her book called HER SOUL WRITES and became one of the youngest authors in Raipur to get published.
Her book helped her gain a lot of fame, and that made her very proud.
She realized that when she joined her passion for money, she started to get tired of her hobby. There was a time when writing made her happy, but when she began to write forcefully for money, the quality of work started degrading. And that’s when she knew that she doesn’t want to make a career out of writing. She is now in Canada’s TAV college from where she is doing a course in accounting.
Durganshi now wants to break the stereotype that women can’t run a business and start their own business. Durganshi also wants to achieve her father’s dream of opening a beautiful and authentic restaurant. Her parents are her inspiration, and she learned a lot of life lessons from both of them.
She says that her goal is not to earn and save money but to invest it.
Team Gr8 pandy wishes Durganshi a bright future ahead and a very Happy Birthday!✨
