During this pandemic, fitness industries and institutions are in immense losses. They wore among the first to be close and perhaps would be the last to be opened. As of the date when the gyms are closed, all the gym trainers and coaches have started working out at their homes, and they are also uploading videos and posts regularly.

HERE ARE A FEW STEPS THAT YOU CAN SET INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE AT HOME PURPOSE OF BEING FIT

The purpose of having a lifestyle is the journey of the soul through the self, to the self When we have a fit body it helps our mind to be confident, to foot energetic to take the right decisions. Eventually, our entire system inside-out becomes positive. it has been rightly said that “Determination today leads to success tomorrow” which means if we determine today to achieve our target, then success is surely yours.

STICK TO A DIET PLAN

  • Add all the nutritious foods into your daily customs like proteins, carbs, fats, and so on.
  • Take all the multivitamins like Vitamin A, B1, B6, B12, C, D, and E, K.
  • Also, add omega 3, and folic intake which is present in flax seeds, fish oil & dairy products. They are good sources of calcium.

KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED

Drinking fluids is essential to stay alive. An adequate amount of water intake and fluids will keep you energetic at the best of its level. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood

UTILIZE YOUR SPARE TIME

Utilize your spare time wisely. In this period of lockdown spend some quality time with your family members. Groom your hobbies, passion, interest, and skills. And I recommend that you prepare your meals on your own. That would keep you more active.

HOW TO MAINTAIN FITNESS

Fitness is among the most significant routines that we should indulge in our lives. Staying fit and maintaining it is the hardest phase to do. But accepting it as a challenge and starting practicing will be a kick-start journey toward a healthy lifestyle.

Set a routine and make sure to implement it daily. Try to divide it into the following parts-

Starting with baby steps like breathing exercises is the basic thing to do.

The next thing would be bodyweight workouts, and stretches, then increase workout intensity. Squats, push-ups, and jumping jacks are the basic workout as well.

Then step into weight training, and try out home essentials by using water bottles, tables, chairs, resistance bands, etc.
