We can simply use the word ‘ambidextrous’ for him.
Being a military brat, he has been travelling all the time of his childhood.
Different cities, different schools and travelling to different states has been his life.
He chose science in 11th standard in a peer pressure of doing something real productive in his life and cracked the JEE in his first attempt. He did his graduation in bachelors of Architecture from IIT Kharagpur.

Mr. Roy has always had a thing about photography, from the early years of his college he started capturing photos and did stock photography.

Other than just architecture and photography this man has interest in various types of music and is learning flute. He has great sketching skills. In spite of that, filmmaking is another thing which gained his glance. He is a renowned Rangoli artist and in those 5 years of his hostel life, he didn’t give up on a single chance to make rangolis and wall paintings. Even now his hostel has the walls painted by him.
He has even worked in an ad agency as of his interest in filmmaking as an intern during his college period. Soon after completing graduation he started working on his field and he did for a couple of years and left.

Mr. Mantosh then went into a community driven development and became a social entrepreneur. He started giving platforms to undiscovered artists, more of the rural area artists. He started promoting the work of rural and undiscovered artists in between the people where their work can be appreciated and given worth. He started visiting places to give the opportunity to the artists.

He also started selling their products on Amazon and flipkart seller feature and started increasing the sales of those rural uneducated artists by selling it online.
