A new MEMU is soon going to run on the railway track of Chhattisgarh. Railway passengers will soon be able to enjoy this new MEMU, which will have a lot of facilities. Sanjeev Kumar, Divisional Railway Manager of South East Central Railway Raipur Railway Division, examined the first three-phase system MEMU rake at MEMU car shed Bhilai.

The general public will get a lot of convenience in travel, with its introduction. This modern and well-equipped MEMU rake consists of a public announcement system, a display system, a mobile charging point, and CCTV cameras. Due to this entire attention has been paid to the safety and facilities of the passengers during the journey. Bio-toilets are available in all coaches, which will provide convenience to passengers traveling long distances. With this new technology, passengers will get a comfortable experience during travel.

This also leads to energy conservation, as energy is generated during regenerative braking in this rake. Chief Electrical Engineer (RS&G) RK Sahu, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer Shashank Kosta, and other employees were present during this inspection.
