FIRST PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT OF CHHATTISGARH

PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT PATAN

For the welfare of public health including the health of the poor and backward class Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel launched the country’s first Public Health Unit on 1^st April 2022. The health unit is estimated to bring a big improvement in public health as well as in infrastructure. The unit is located in the Patan area of the Drug district. For testing and cure of disease, Humar Lab has also been launched on the same day.

It is estimated that the analysis of any disease will become more precise after these units. At present, there are tests for 54 diseases in the unit. These units are also supposed to bring great development to the infrastructure of the area. In near future about 3000 more similar units will be opened across the whole country.
