Republic Day 2023: Chhattisgarh state is going to create a new history on the occasion of 26 January Republic Day. For the first time, the third gender has been included in the parade of soldiers. The third gender has recently been included in Bastar Fighters. This is the first time that the third gender has been included in the march past of security personnel.

The third gender parade in the number of 4 along with security personnel and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will salute the national flag on the occasion of Republic day.  Recently, local youths and women have been appointed to the Bastar Fighters Force to take on the Naxalites in Bastar. Among the soldiers of Bastar Fighters, men and women as well as the third gender are also selected after clearing the exam to face all the violent chap landed that occurred due to Naxalites.

Here, along with male and female security personnel, the third gender is also deployed shoulder to shoulder-on the Naxalite front. Bastar IG Sundarraj P said that like every year, this year also the Chief Minister of the state Bhupesh Baghel is reaching Jagdalpur to hoist the flag at Lalbagh Maidan of the city on Republic Day.
